Terms of Service

Welcome to Drillzy ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By registering, signing in, or using the App in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Description of Service
Drillzy is an AI-powered quiz generation and learning tool. Key features include:
- AI Quiz Generation: Automatically generates practice questions based on learning scope and topics using artificial intelligence
- Online Quizzes: Provides multiple-choice quizzes with automatic scoring and performance tracking
- Points System: Earn points by completing quizzes, redeemable for custom family rewards
- Learning History: Tracks quiz history, incorrect answers, and learning progress
2. User Accounts
- You must sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In to create and access your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
- Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or shared with others
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- If you notice any unusual account activity, please contact us immediately via in-app feedback or support email
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Drillzy uses third-party artificial intelligence to generate quiz content. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated questions are for learning and practice purposes only and do not constitute professional educational advice
- Although we employ quality checks, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content is completely accurate
- If you find errors in any questions, please report them through the in-app feedback feature
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from inaccuracies in AI-generated content
4. Points and Rewards
- Points are earned by completing quizzes; correct answers award points according to the current rules
- Points may be used to redeem custom rewards you set up within the App
- Points and rewards are valid only within the App, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
- Fulfillment of rewards is the responsibility of the user or guardian; Drillzy only provides tracking and management features
- We reserve the right to modify points rules as needed; changes will be communicated in the App
5. Subscription and Payments
Drillzy offers free basic features and paid subscription plans:
- Free users: Limited access to AI quiz generation
- Subscribers: Plus (1,000 quizzes/month) and Pro (2,000 quizzes/month) plans available
Regarding subscriptions and payments:
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store; prices are as displayed on the App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period; charges are applied to your Apple ID account
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the current period
- For refunds, please contact Apple Support in accordance with Apple's refund policy
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property in the App's design, code, icons, and content is owned by us
- AI-generated content is licensed for your personal learning use only; commercial use without authorization is prohibited
- Feedback you submit through the App may be used by us to improve our products and services
7. User Conduct
When using Drillzy, you must not:
- Use technical means to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
- Obtain points or circumvent payment restrictions through improper means
- Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the App's source code
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to network conditions, system maintenance, or other force majeure events
- We are not liable for functionality issues caused by changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party AI services; we will seek alternatives where feasible
- Drillzy makes no guarantees or promises regarding learning outcomes
9. Changes to Terms and Termination
- We may revise these terms as needed; updates will be communicated in the App
- Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
- You may terminate these terms at any time by deleting your account
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms
10. Age Requirement and Minors
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drillzy. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you should read these terms with a parent or guardian before using the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet the age requirement and, if you are a minor, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring an action in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.
