Drillzy is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any information to us.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data. Drillzy does not include any advertising or ad tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Core services: Verify sign-in, generate AI-powered quizzes, and track learning progress
• Personalized learning: Adapt content and recommendations based on your performance
• AI quiz generation: Create practice questions tailored to your subject and skill level
• Subscription management: Process membership status (payments handled by Apple)
• Service improvement: Analyze usage to optimize the product experience
• Customer support: Respond to your feedback and inquiries

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. To provide AI quiz generation, we send only the subject matter and topic parameters you configure to the following service providers:

• Cloud infrastructure: Data storage and cloud function hosting
• AI providers: Question generation and review (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude)

These providers receive only the information needed to generate questions — not your Apple ID, name, or other personally identifiable information. Each provider's data handling is governed by its own privacy policy.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information (such as card numbers or Apple ID credentials).

4. Data Security

• Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard safeguards
• We use HTTPS encryption and access controls to protect your information
• Sign-in credentials are stored securely on your device via iOS Keychain
• We retain your data only as long as needed to provide our services

• Delete account: Contact us to request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent: You may stop using the App or contact us to withdraw consent for data processing
• Manage subscriptions: Cancel or manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your data, and the right to opt out of the sale of your information. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you in the App via a popup or notice. Your continued use of Drillzy after an update means you accept the revised policy.
